Is there a free plan?

Yes — Free is forever, no credit card. You get 1 workspace, up to 3 users, 10 documents, 1 agent and 500 AI calls per month on Mistral Small. Enough to validate Knowledge against your own documents end-to-end.

What does Pro include that Starter doesn't?

Pro unlocks the Premium AI models (GPT-4o, Claude Sonnet, Gemini Pro, Mistral Large), the Excel add-in with bulk-Q&A column mapping, unlimited projects, 5 GB storage, IP and CORS restrictions on API keys, external guest collaboration, JSON output mode with schema validation, and priority email support.

What is included on Enterprise?

Everything in Pro plus Frontier AI models (Claude Opus, GPT-4 Turbo), audit-log export, scheduled agent runs, PII redaction with retention controls, a custom Microsoft 365 SSO mapping, a 99.5% uptime SLA, a dedicated CS contact, and a custom DPA & sub-processor list.

How does billing work?

Monthly or annual, per user, in EUR, billed by Stripe. Annual gives you two months free (12 months for the price of 10). EU VAT is collected at checkout via Stripe Tax. Invoices download from the Stripe customer portal, linked from your Settings page.

What happens if I hit my monthly generation limit?

Runs already in progress complete normally. New runs return a 402 with a clear upgrade prompt; you can upgrade your plan immediately to unblock, or wait for the monthly reset. You can also set per-key budgets so a single integration can't drain the whole quota.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes. Plan changes, seat changes, card updates, downloads and cancellations are all handled in the Stripe customer portal — accessible from your in-app Settings page. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you offer a discount for nonprofits or education?

Yes — 50% off Starter and Pro for registered nonprofits and accredited educational institutions. Email us with proof of status and we'll set you up.

What about an on-prem or private-cloud deployment?

Available on Enterprise as a custom contract. Contact us for scoping and pricing.
