Approved AI models
Restrict this workspace to authorized model vendors only — chat, agents and API calls can then use nothing else. Agents currently pinned to a model you un-tick are switched to the workspace default when you save. Ticking every model means no restriction.
OneDrive connector
Connect your Microsoft account so Ask can ingest files from your
personal OneDrive or OneDrive for Business. Scope is delegated
Files.Read.All — Ask reads only what you can read, and
only when you trigger an ingest or sync. Disconnect any time;
previously-ingested documents stay in your Library.

Folders tracked from your OneDrive are managed under Sources in the sidebar.
User sync — Entra ID group (Azure AD)
Keep workspace members in step with one Entra security group:
group members get accounts here automatically (they sign in with
Microsoft SSO as usual), and — optionally — accounts managed by
the sync are suspended when they leave the group. Manually invited
users, guests and admins are never touched. Requires the Microsoft
connection above, plus admin consent for
GroupMember.Read.All and User.Read.All.

Publish selected agents as staff departments (IT, HR, Legal…) so employees can ask them on the employee portal — link it from your intranet, SharePoint or Teams. Tick an agent to publish it, then copy its link. Only publish all-staff knowledge — sensitive content stays in the normal chat with project access controls.

Chunks without an embedding only return via FULLTEXT (literal keywords). Reindex to enable semantic search across the whole corpus.
Doc review
Fact-check a Word or PDF document against an agent's knowledge base. Each questionable claim is flagged with the supporting evidence, the source it conflicts with, and a suggested rewording you can accept or reject. Scanned PDFs are OCR'd automatically.
Verify a document
Upload a Word (.docx) or PDF (.pdf) file and pick the knowledge base to check it against. Scanned PDFs are OCR'd automatically.
Questionnaires
Upload an Excel questionnaire (security, RFP, vendor DDQ, audit fieldwork). We answer each row against an agent's knowledge base and return a filled .xlsx you can review and send back. Capped at 100 questions per upload - larger files run via the Excel add-in.

Access requests
